Tapatios FC is an academy that thinks about the development of our players from an early age.  Soccer is a professional sport that is growing a lot in the United States.  A sum of talents, multiple ethnicities, cultures, skills which greatly enrich a sport like soccer, but something is missing.  Something is missing that makes this sport so important.  Where we were born, we have experienced this sport since we were children with an incredible passion and we think that in this country the opportunities to succeed are even greater and more attainable than in other countries. Enjoying soccer, the opportunity to make friends, to see places, all of this is very important for our academy, but we want to inject more of this with the idea of one day obtaining a university scholarship, of playing in the professional league, in the national team and why not one day take the leap and play abroad.  This is a dream we want our players to dream of too.  At Tapatios Futbol Club we know the importance of giving 100% to each player to achieve these types of dreams.  One of the points that we have noticed that happens in other academies is that due to the large number of participants, the importance of the individual development of each player is lost and it becomes a month-to-month payment only.  Children and Parents end up losing interest due to lack of attention and participation. So that this does not happen to us at Tapatios Futbol Club we maintain small work groups where the coaches have the opportunity and responsibility to assess each player in terms of their development and not only this but also have fun because for us football is a joy.

From the first day the player arrives at our academy we want him to start improving, soccer is a sport that needs multiple factors for its development and managing a group of children in which each one is different is not an easy task. Factors such as attention, communication, responsibility, respect, concentration, discipline, loyalty, decision making are sometimes even more important than knowing how to give a good pass, or shoot a goal. That is why our focus goes beyond football because during our professional career as players we have seen many players with a lot of talent but without other factors they have not been able to develop and we have seen many others without great talent but through work. , practice, and discipline have achieved their objectives. 

LESS AND MORE Our focus on children and their development is developed through small work groups in which the coach provides the necessary attention to each child. 

THE TIME IS GOLD Every minute in the academy must be used to the maximum, which is why we ask for responsibility, scoring and punctuality in training and match schedules to be able to carry out the program previously planned by the coaches. 

BEYOND THE BALL Elements such as communication, attention, discipline, concentration, responsibility, decision making must be developed hand in hand with the natural talent of each child. 

INDIVIDUAL WORK IS NECESSARY The fact that our players' soccer time is almost 100% in training, we are going to find some needs where more soccer time and repetition are needed to perfect them, we have a personal training program which focuses directly and punctually in the development of the need that the coach believes is necessary. 

LOYALTY TO THE SHIELD From our experience in this sport we know that when You love your team, when you really give everything for the shirt and the shield that you wear on your chest, the results are better, the effort we make at Tapatios Futbol Club.  We can also guarantee that no one will give them the attention that we give them here, this is why we want exclusivity.  Children and young people will always follow the example of their elders. especially from their parents and in this case the trainers, which is why we invite parents to help us maintain these values ​​of loyalty, responsibility and work to the maximum.
